Return Period

Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unwashed

• Include all original tags

• Be in their original condition

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference are accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and include photos.

We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Shipping costs will be covered by MAKABE.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
